Commercial Sales Coordinator
Insurance provider Ireland seeking proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Coordinator. Driving individual and team sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service.
* Achieve individual sales targets and coordinate in-office sales efforts including prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Organise and manage daily office operations, ensuring team members are clear on goals and responsibilities through regular check-ins and planning.
* Deliver excellent customer service by managing queries and escalating more complex or technical issues where needed.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, systems, and procedures.
* Provide leadership and daily support to the sales team, creating a collaborative and motivated environment.
* Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience across all products and services.
* Support account management for Commercial and Agri clients, including renewals, upsell opportunities, and policy adjustments.
* Assist customers at the initial stage of insurance claims, in line with established procedures.
* Take responsibility for overseeing collections and outstanding payments.
* Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development support.
* Handle office administration for Personal, Commercial, and Agri lines of business.
* Act as a key point of contact between the branch, head office, and senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified to APA (Approved Product Advisor), APP (Approved Product Professional), CIP (Certified Insurance Practitioner), or hold Grandfathered Accreditation.
* Meet Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code and Fitness & Probity Standards requirements.
* Experience in insurance, financial services, or similar customer-focused sales environment preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support team in high-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and customer service focus.
* Comfortable using digital systems and tools, good attention to detail and time management skills.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Able to adapt quickly to new challenges and take initiative in driving team performance.
