The Finance and Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the firm's accounting functions, including client accounts, billing software systems, benefits administration, payroll coordination with ongoing supervision.
This role involves performing various compliance tasks monthly quarterly annually ensuring proper documentation coordinating with others in the office to ensure timely completion of assigned duties maintaining strict confidentiality regarding payroll benefits data.
