The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Operations Assistant in Dublin 17.
Fully office based
• Plan and track the shipment of full and part loads.
• Responding to a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Liaising with sub-contractors/hauliers & producing accompanying paperwork for deliveries.
• Booking in deliveries with customers as required
• Management of returned paperwork
• Maintenance of all transport logs, manifest logs, sequence controls, and dispatched orders.
• Any other duties deemed necessary by Management
The Person
• IT Applications – MS Office.
• ERP experience beneficial but not essential.
• Previous transport experience beneficial but not essential.
• Administrative skills, ability to plan and organise tasks and liaise effectively with team members.
