Associate Architect Job in Dublin, IrelandAssociate Architect Job - Step into a senior leadership role with a pathway to Director level at one of Ireland's leading architectural practices.
Based in Dublin, this is an opportunity to lead major projects, grow a talented team, and shape the future direction of an award-winning studio.With a presence in Dublin, Galway, London and Sligo, our client delivers innovative architecture across residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, workplace, and urban design sectors.
Their commitment to sustainability and technology sets them apart, and they're now seeking ambitious leaders to join their growing Dublin studio.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, residential and workplaceManage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all RIBA stagesOversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflowsMaintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projectsContribute to strategic practice development and team growthSupport junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills & ExperienceRIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years' post-qualification experienceProven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UKStrong technical and design expertise, with site experience essentialProficient in Revit - this is a must-haveExcellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skillsCommercially aware with good client-facing experienceAmbitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their careerEligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.
