Workday Integration Specialist
This role requires a skilled technical expert to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday's integration tools, methodologies, and best practices to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems, including payroll, benefits, HR, finance, and third-party applications.
* Use Workday Studio to develop complex integrations involving multiple systems, configuring web services (REST/SOAP), developing transformation logic, and handling data mappings.
* Leverage pre-built connectors to integrate Workday with third-party applications efficiently.
* Customize integrations to meet unique business requirements while ensuring alignment with Workday's best practices.
* Build integration workflows that trigger business processes in Workday or external systems, enabling data synchronization and automation.
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
* 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* 5+ years' experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
