The Position
Healthcare Systems Partner role operates in partnership with the HSE & HSCNI at a system level, as well as forming strategic partnerships outside of state-sponsored healthcare, to create an environment that maximises patient access to the existing and future targeted Roche high medical value products.
You Will Be Responsible For
Relationships
* Identify, build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with key organizations and networks within an ICS/ICB to deliver Roche Diagnostics strategic goals and objectives.
* Tailor and deliver value propositions based on excellent insight and deliver sustainable customer solutions for decision-making customers within Primary, Secondary & Community Care Systems in Ireland (ROI & NI) and relevant systems/bodies to unlock a larger market and maximize uptake of targeted Roche high medical value products.
* Demonstrate excellent brand, disease, environmental knowledge, and competence to deliver system value to our customers.
* Develop key customer experts and advocates to maximize appropriate use of our portfolio for patient benefits.
* Operate with a multichannel mindset, utilizing digital technology and channels to enhance customer experience, increase colleague efficiency, and ensure optimal patient access.
Access
* Create an environment that ensures maximum access, uptake, and enhanced patient experience of Roche Diagnostics high medical value portfolio across Ireland.
* Work with local Irish healthcare networks to develop and implement business plans to grow the market, secure funding, and ensure service provision for our portfolio.
* Ensure patient access through optimal positioning and prescribing in relevant areas, including pathways, formularies, and guidelines.
* Support healthcare professionals and payers in developing patient pathways and service redesigns to promote diagnosis and treatment.
Collaboration
* Provide an approach to collaborating and optimizing synergies within healthcare systems and customer networks.
Your Profile
Qualifications
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* Qualification or eligibility for qualification in RHC Strategic Consultancy.
* Full Irish driving license.
* Willingness to travel nationally and globally as required.
Experience
* Proven experience in sales, business, or market development in healthcare or similar industries.
* Track record of adopting challenger sales approaches.
* Experience managing multiple sales cycles and prioritizing under pressure in dynamic environments.
* Experience in managing growth and mature business segments.
* Ability to build productive customer relationships and lead to positive outcomes.
* Skilled in cross-functional team environments and negotiations.
* Experience driving innovative healthcare business models.
* Experience managing third-party interactions during sales cycles.
Knowledge/Skills
* Tenacious, resilient, and capable of acquiring new business within complex organizations.
* Strong commercial instincts and understanding of healthcare trends.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Understanding of public procurement processes.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
* Self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of assessing when to involve management.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to influence without authority and work effectively in a matrix environment.
* Willingness to coach and develop others.
* Fluent in English, both written and oral.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
