Responsibilities:

1. Manage the commercial management of a residential project, including cost planning, subcontractor accounts, and cost reporting.
2. Procure and manage subcontractor packages, ensuring competitive pricing and contract compliance.
3. Prepare, monitor, and report project costs, budgets, and forecasts to the Commercial Director.
4. Evaluate and ensure accurate and timely monthly valuations and final accounts.
5. Collaborate with site management, clients, and subcontractors to ensure all commercial aspects are in line with the project schedule and specifications.
6. Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
7. Maintain up-to-date records, commercial files, and procurement schedules.

Requirements:
"
* 3+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably with a main contractor in the residential sector.
* Strong negotiation, commercial awareness, and decision-making skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently while collaborating with the wider team.
* Experience with CostX or EQUE2 is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
