Parts Advisor
Assured Performance, a leading international supplier of Turbocharger and Air Brake products and a member of the EBS Aftermarket Group, are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join their team. We are based in Dublin 12, D12 Y792 (Walkinstown / Ballymount).
Role Overview:
The Parts Advisor will play a key supporting role within the sales and customer service team.
This individual will be responsible for assisting with inbound enquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining excellent service standards, and supporting the wider sales function to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for all customers.
The role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Automotive Aftermarket sales, account management, or customer service, with the opportunity to grow and develop alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
* Processing customer orders, quotations, and enquiries accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to source and secure products for customer requirements
* Maintaining and updating customer records and sales information in company systems (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
* Providing basic technical support and advice where possible (training provided)
* Supporting the Sales Manager with administration tasks, sales reporting, and follow-up activities
* Assisting with basic upselling or cross-selling where appropriate
* Working closely with warehouse/logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
* Proactively flagging any customer issues, delays, or complaints to the Sales Manager
* Participating in training and development activities to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
* Previous experience in a customer service, telesales, or support role (preferred but not essential)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
