OverviewWe’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead our dynamic operational management team in Dublin, Ireland. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our logistics network is running efficiently and effectively while maximising margins and delivering an exceptional client experience.ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence – Lead a high-performing operations team to meet business objectives, KPIs and SLAs.Service Delivery – Champion a service excellence culture, resolving escalations swiftly and proactively, and embedding a continuous improvement ethos.People Leadership – Inspire and develop a team through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure engagement and capability growth.Strategic Planning – Develop and implement initiatives to enhance network performance while maintaining cost control and mitigating risks.Client Engagement – Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and operational insight.Compliance and Quality – Ensure adherence to service excellence standards and oversee delivery compliance (OTIF 99%).What We’re Looking ForProven operational experience in a logistics, multi-site, fast-growing environment.Strong track record of leadership and people management.Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets (P&L and budget control).Experience optimising networks and leading change in a hands-on capacity.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.Natural influencer with outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.Self-starter with discipline, energy, and a passion for operational success.LocationIreland - Dublin 11 – Blanchardstown.Contract TypeFull-time, Permanent. 40 hours per week – Flexible to needs of business.
