Role Purpose
We are expanding our client portfolio across Ireland, UK, Europe, and North America. This role is for a strategic, energetic, and relationship‑driven Business Development Executive who can open new doors, build strong client relationships, and position our IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation, and Talent Acquisition services with confidence.
You will be the front line growth engine—identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and converting prospects into long‑term clients.
Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition:Identify, target, and onboard clients across IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, Data Center Support and Staff Augmentation domains.
Lead Generation:Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships.
Solution Pitching:Present our IT consulting capabilities, delivery models, and talent acquisition strengths to decision‑makers (CTOs, CIOs, HR Heads, Procurement).
Account Penetration:Expand business within existing accounts through cross‑selling and upselling.
Tender & Proposal Support:Collaborate on RFP/RFQ responses, capability decks, and client presentations.
Market Intelligence:Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine BD strategy.
Revenue Ownership:Drive monthly/quarterly targets with clear accountability and reporting.
Collaboration:Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless client experience.
