Monread Fare, Naas is now seeking a positive and energetic Supervisor to join our team.
The purpose of the Supervisor's role is to provide day-to-day front line management to ensure high standards are met in the successful running of Monread Fare's Store.
Main Duties:
1. Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the cashier operators.
2. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints according to the store's procedures.
3. Open and close the store.
4. Ensure staff dress and appearance comply with company policy.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant legislations such as Health & Safety Regulations, Employment Legislations, and Consumer Law.
6. Ensure proper liaison between staff and management.
7. Provide the highest standard of customer care to all customers.
8. Assist in the induction, training, and development of staff.
9. Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
10. Monitor staff timekeeping and attendance.
11. Participate in any training or development programs as directed by store management.
12. Live the brand values and motivate others to do the same.
13. Place orders as required.
14. Perform any other duties as directed by store management.

The successful candidate will possess:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar Supervisor position.
* Strong leadership and people skills.
* Excellent communication skills, solution-focused, with a high drive and positive attitude.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
* Personal drive, confidence, and attention to detail.
* Integrity and respect for others.
* Ability to work well in a team, knowing when to lead and when to follow.
