Job Requirements:
In order to be successful in this role, candidates should have a degree level qualification in Polymer Science or another relevant Engineering discipline, and/or proven equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
You will assume responsibility for the control and management of all process driven systems within the Injection Moulding department and direct daily activities in accordance with company policies.
* New tool debug, set up and validation;
* Process optimization using DOE and Statistical Methodology;
* Responsible for control of overall quality, process capability, and associated documentation;
* Troubleshooting of process, equipment and systems problems using sound engineering principles and data driven decisions;
* Provide training and support to Production Technicians;
* Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation;

Other Requirements:
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role. Sound analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required. Proficient in using a variety of moulding machine types and associated ancillary equipment.
