What You Can Expect
Responsible for providing manufacturing engineering services for timely new product introductions to Business Units. Engineering services include Process Development / Validation, New Product Introductions, Continuous Improvement, and capacity expansion. The candidate should demonstrate leadership, strong process validation experience, and project management skills to meet project milestones on time and within budget.
How You'll Create Impact
* Validate and execute validation of processes and equipment for new product introductions.
* Establish process methods that meet performance and quality requirements.
* Create preliminary bill of materials and routers, and establish optimal routings.
* Evaluate options and select the most appropriate processes.
* Develop various applications, including machining and finishing processes.
* Negotiate target completion dates with relevant departments.
* Develop project plans and schedules for work activities.
* Conduct feasibility studies to estimate product costs and analyze capacity, capability, and capital equipment needs affecting make-or-buy decisions.

What Makes You Stand Out
* Experience in writing and executing Validation protocols, IQ/OQ/PQ.
* Knowledge of machining operations and new product introductions.
* Familiarity with control procedures like Engineering Change Notification, Deviations, and Engineering Specifications.
* Ability to review engineering drawings for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
* Strong problem-solving skills utilizing quality and statistical tools.
* Effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Statistical Process Control.
* Ability to balance manufacturing and design requirements to meet licensing standards.
* Capability to manage large, complex projects, prioritize, and complete tasks timely.
Your Background
* B.Sc/B.Eng. in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role such as engineering or process technician.
