Parker Stewart are working with a well known property development and management organisation based in Dublin to hire a Project Manager (residential) on a permanent basis. This position will be onsite at Dublin West locations.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The role involves close collaboration with design teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full lifecycle of residential projects from planning and procurement through to handover
* Coordinate and oversee the work of consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme milestones, addressing any delays or risks proactively
* Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, planning conditions, and health & safety legislation
* Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years' project management experience within the construction or property development sector
* Proven experience managing multi-unit or high-density residential developments
* Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
* Strong understanding of Irish construction standards, building regulations, and compliance
* Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on delivery and risk management
