This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse or Social Care Worker who is passionate about delivering highquality, personcentred care in the community.
You will be supported by an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager, who will act as your mentor as you grow into the role.
Role Overview As a Community Care Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include: Core Duties Conduct comprehensive customer risk assessments and develop personcentred care plans .
Provide support, supervision, and guidance to Care Staff.
Monitor and uphold care quality standards across community services.
Support and manage the performance and practice of Care Assistants.
Offer professional expertise to enhance existing care arrangements.
Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and Director of Care .
Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent, evidencebased care aligned with individual care plans.
Mentor and support community-based Care Staff, including conducting supervision visits in clients' homes.
Provide direct client support when required.

Promote and maintain best practice standards in care and customer welfare.
Qualifications Experience Registered Nurse (NMBI) or Social Care Worker (CORU) - essential .
Minimum 2 years postregistration experience ; community care experience is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated kindness, respect, and compassion in care delivery.
IT proficiency required.
Full driving licence essential.
What We Offer Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, will be occasional Saturday daytime hours to support weekend only clients staff).
Salary €40,000 -€43,000 plus achievable bonus.
Predominantly Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
