Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will provide first‑class administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing team.
This role supports day‑to‑day administrative operations, enabling the team to execute marketing and advertising initiatives in a dynamic retail environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the marketing team.
* Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns.
* Support content creation, including script writing for TV and radio.
* Brief graphic designers on digital and print ad formats.
* Maintain the digital archiving system.
* Coordinate meetings.
* Work with global brands and their teams on brand launches and awareness campaigns.
* Support the wider marketing team when required.
* Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Effective communication skills.
* Proactive and well‑organised.
* High attention to detail.
* Works well as part of a fast‑paced, dynamic team.
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* This is a 3‑month temporary contract ending 30 January.
* The role is fully office‑based with no hybrid option.
* The successful candidate will attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
