We are recruiting for our clients Management Team Balbriggan. The opening hours are 12:00 - 23:00 and candidates must be flexible on a Monday to Sunday basis.
The Job:
* To comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.
* Working as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
* Following company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production and storage.
* At all times, portraying a professional image, both on and off the premises.
* Treating our customers to a warm and friendly service each and every time they visit our restaurant.
* Working with support office team to increase the numbers of customers and the amount of money spent each and every day in our restaurant.
* In relation to cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management.
* Ensuring uniform and personal appearance is complying with company guidelines.
* Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested.
* Constantly putting the customer first, whether first thing in the morning, or last thing at night.
Job requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a busy customer service environment at a management level.
* As an ambitious individual you will welcome opportunities to gain knowledge and assume additional responsibilities.
* Flexibility to work, weekends inclusive
* Excellent communication skills & leadership skills
* Highly driven with a strong work ethic.
