Branch operational owner of project contracts, from program delivery, client mobilization, process & controls implementation, support, administration, and account management.
Lead the implementation of support teams, controls, processes, full project programs, and resourcing for new workstreams within the branch prior to mobilisation.
Establish necessary controls and manage daily cohesion within the Branch, working cross-functionally across Design, Contracts/Operations, HSEQ, & Commercials to ensure projects are scoped, planned, executed, and delivered through all project lifecycle stages using PMI/Prince2 methodology.
Lead the delivery manager and teams through exceptional client and stakeholder management.
Review processes regularly and lead improvements where opportunities are identified.
Analyze project delivery metrics to identify and mitigate risks with operational disciplines.
Align project teams to ensure program delivery meets strategic objectives.
Collaborate daily with the project delivery manager to ensure strategic program delivery by the operations team.
Manage budgets in partnership with the Commercial team, ensuring revenue and costs are accurately captured and performance is measured against expectations.
Oversee change management activities, ensuring they align with project and organizational goals.
Influence internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration across teams.
Required to have performed at a senior level in previous contract lead roles and have experience leading large-scale operations and fibre-to-the-home telecom builds.
Proven ability in resource planning, budget management, and team leadership.
Client-focused with proactive, driven approach and excellent communication skills.
Strong stakeholder influencing skills and understanding of IT systems and GIS tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and GIS & Field Reporting Systems.
Leadership qualities to motivate teams, communicate effectively, analyze complex situations, demonstrate flexibility, and collaborate effectively.
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or similar are required.
