Job Overview:
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily activities within a fast-paced, GDP/GMP-regulated environment. This role ensures efficient and compliant distribution of critical medical equipment and supplies.
* Operational Leadership: Manage warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of medical and pharmaceutical products. Ensure all activities meet regulatory and quality standards.
* Inventory Management: Oversee stock accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory optimisation. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
* Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a team of five warehouse operatives. Oversee employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, absence management, and performance management.
