Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a large team of sales assistants.
* Create a high-performing store environment by driving sales and KPIs.
* Implement effective strategies to maximise turnover and customer engagement.
* Ensure high merchandising standards and compliance with company policies.
* Manage stock levels, store presentation, and staff training.
* Lead from the front and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor.

Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in an assistant or deputy management role within high volume, non-food, or grocery retail.
* Experience working with retail KPIs is essential.
* Excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
