We are seeking to recruit a Production Scheduler in Co. Mayo (commutable from parts of Co. Roscommon)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the internal scheduling activities in line with orders.
2. Creating and managing production plans.
3. Creating and managing all outbound shipping plans.
4. Taking responsibility for all product allocation and scheduling.
5. Supplying product and order lead times to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Maintaining close communication with production to ensure that production plans are communicated and executed.
7. Taking a key role in establishing, reviewing, documenting, and implementing or updating processes as needed.
8. Working with production on order escalation, prioritization, and scheduling.
Key Requirements:
1. 2+ years experience in a similar role.
2. Experience working in a manufacturing and/or construction industry.
3. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
5. Dynamic with the ability to multitask.
