Pharmacist Role in a Hospital Setting
This is an exciting opportunity to join our pharmacy team as a Pharmacist. You will be working in a modern, well-equipped department with a large team of Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Technicians.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service, including medicine reconciliation, patient education and working with the multi-disciplinary team to optimise patient care.
You will also assist in the efficient running of the dispensary, supervising the operation of the dispensary, including procurement, patient education, storage, supply and the dispensing of pharmaceuticals.
