Job Description:
System Implementation Lead
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of our EHR system. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation process, from planning and coordination to execution and post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare clinical operations and system implementations. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A clinical degree is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare clinical/provider operations.
The System Implementation Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT staff, and finance personnel. They will ensure that the EHR system is implemented smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, meeting the needs of all stakeholders. The role requires strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical and clinical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute the EHR system implementation
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Collaborate with clinicians and IT staff to design and validate workflows
* Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
* Provide training and support to end-users
* Identify and resolve technical and clinical issues
Requirements:
A clinical degree is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare clinical/provider operations. The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in healthcare clinical operations and system implementations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with EHR systems, preferably MEDITECH or similar ERP/EHR platforms
* Knowledge of clinical safety practices and quality reporting standards
