Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies across all revenue streams.
Lead and manage Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Reservations, and Events as a unified commercial function.
Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability through data-driven decision making.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic direction.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams aligned to KPIs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support overall business strategy and operational excellence.
Ensure all systems and processes are optimised to maximise commercial performance.
Champion brand standards, customer experience, and service excellence.
Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and a results-focused culture.
Ensure compliance with legal, health safety, and company policies.
Build partnerships with resort operations, hotel linkage, tour operators, corporate, society, memberships etc where applicable.
Prepare departmental strategies and establish effective goals, measurements and action plans.
Lead the annual budget preparation processes related to the department.
Monitor return on invested capital and time resources.
Develop a strong team through consistent effective leadership, training, operational management and succession planning.
Qualifications Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-revenue environment.
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial success.
Expertise in sales strategy, digital marketing, revenue management, and market analysis.
Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret performance data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Good presentation and influencing skills Ability to multi task many projects and initiatives at once at a high level of quality and to tight timelines.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
