Job Title: Junior Facilities Workplace Coordinator
Location: Dublin 2, Baggot Street
Status: Hours ,Depending on business needs – 3 days per week

Job Description:
* Take floor walks and ensure the office is tidy, equipment is in working condition, no H&S issues, and the general state of the office is great.
* Constant collaboration and liaison with the Site Lead to ensure smooth running of the office, completion of tasks.
* Assist in implementing and maintaining Health & Safety protocols.
* Ensure all vendors deliver services in line with the contractual obligations
* Checking the First AID box on a monthly basis and making sure that there are enough supplies.
* Providing support in the coffee shop, including cover for sick calls and Annual Leave.
* Providing support to the Hospitality staff, including cover for sick calls and Annual Leave.
* Assist with site functions as required (set-up meeting rooms, supervise events, cleaning after the event)
* If needed, providing support to the morning cleaner at the rush hour.
* Keeping track of the stock for the breakfast station and the coffee shop, and advise the Site lead on what needs to be ordered.
* Replenish the items in the breakfast station each morning, and at lunch time.
* Ensuring the facility is always clean, hygienic, and a safe place to work.
* Assisting with emergency response and evacuation procedures.
* Raising tickets, and help with closing tickets in Snapfix.
* Performing ad-hoc and administrative duties as and when appropriate.
Requirements:
* Barista trained
Experience Requirement
* Good knowledge of health and safety procedures, and food handling
* Customer focused
* Barista trained, or experience of over 6months in working in a busy environment.
* Experienced with meeting and events set-ups.
* Happy to work alone and part of a team.
* Able to multi task and work quickly
* Time attendance
* Good administration skills with an eye for detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and listening that demonstrates empathy for others.
HSEQ
* Understand how ISO fits into daily business operations.
* Read, understand and work in accordance with the company's HSEQ Policies.
* Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructions
* Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed on site
* Use of Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (w/a)
Other Features of the Job
It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends/Bank Holidays and sometimes more than contracted hours. Local requirements will govern your patterns of work and travel to different locations may be required. A uniform will be required worn
