The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a high-profile, mission-critical environment within the Banking sector.
In this role, you will be part of our Production Support team providing L2 support to our Client.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Incidents & Service Requests.
* Manage stakeholders for supported applications.
* Perform Root Cause Analysis of Problem Tickets.

A Suitable Candidate: You have strong experience in production support/application support roles with hands-on experience of SQL and Unix. Your knowledge includes use of monitoring tools (Geneos/Grafana/Splunk) and scheduling tools (i.e Control M/Cronjobs). Familiarity with ITIL based Production Support would be beneficial as well.,
