Electrical Project Manager Opportunity
This is a challenging role for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead commercial projects in the electrical sector.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing project strategy, ensuring effective communication and implementation to deliver projects on time. Responsibilities include overall site management, coordination, planning, specification of business proposals, and coordination of subcontractors. Additionally, they will be responsible for ownership of the delivery of Electrical projects to time, quality, and budget constraints, as well as preparing reports, specifications, and technical analysis to fully define the design requirements, equipment, and services required.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, with 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager in the Electrical sector. They will be able to lead, motivate, and manage a team, with project management experience from design phase through implementation and operation. The ability to negotiate construction, procurement, and labour contracts, control costs, timing, and quality in line with targets, and read and accurately interpret contract documents, programmes, drawings, and technical specifications are essential skills.
