The role
Project Management Office (PMO) - Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) R&D

In this exciting PMO role you will work with cross‑functional teams throughout product lifecycles to develop, commercialize, and maintain CRDN products. This role is expected to be on site 3–4 days a week.
A Day in the Life
Represent the PMO group on cross‑functional teams executing New Product Development and/or Released Product Management projects.
Build cross‑functional project schedules from first principles and develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and problem solving with peers and stakeholders.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the project management processes, guidelines, tools and business processes, including templates, best practices, and overall implementation.
Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and manage changing priorities with effective schedule management and deployment of Project Management methodologies.
Support resource management & tracking activities and the overall project management infrastructure (metrics, reporting, program updates, design & business reviews, etc.).
Communicate organizational capacity constraints, program risks, issues and decisions to program leaders, cross‑functional team members and key stakeholders.
Be a recognized expert in your role, manage medium scale projects or processes.
Provide support for QMS audit and inspection preparation specific to PDP procedures and processes as required, including resolution of audit findings.
Support PMO specific initiatives within CRDN.
Key Skills & Experience
Qualified at the degree level in Engineering / Science or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
Dynamic team member who can work effectively and proactively on cross‑functional, global teams.
Excellent communication, organization, presentation & leadership skills.
Experienced with MS Project, MS Office and other project management tools.
Benefits & Compensation
Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Pay range in Ireland: €64,640.00 – €96,960.00. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
