Trade Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Trade Operations Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, customs clearance, and administration.
* Liaising with customers and overseas agents to take bulk orders and produce costings and quotations.
* Managing import files and liaising with Revenue on tariff codes.
* Checking stock, raising invoices and orders, and inputting invoices to client portals.
This role involves working as part of a small team, with occasional independent work required. Strong IT skills in Microsoft office are essential, along with good verbal and written skills and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal departments to coordinate trade operations.
* Analyze and resolve any issues related to imports and exports.
* Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in speaking Mandarin is preferable for dealing with factories in China.
* Previous shipping, sales support, logistics experience is preferred.
* Min 2 years previous administration experience.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Arrangements:
The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with a 30m lunch break. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a motivated team.
