Job Description
This position is part of our Hybrid Working model, allowing you to balance your time between working from home and designated office spaces. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering change initiatives on the Cards Change Roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple internal and external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver agreed prioritized change initiatives on the Cards Change Roadmap
* Collaborate with stakeholder communities to implement strategic change initiatives
* Work as part of a team to ensure efficient resolution of queries and customer-focused solutions
* Support Business Analyst functions across several projects
You will work in an agile environment, driving or participating in teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and customer-centric solutions. Additionally, you will support Business Analyst functions across multiple projects, coaching and leading team members as required.

Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst Role, particularly in transaction banking
* Relevant professional qualification advantageous
* Cards products and processing knowledge desirable
* Excellent relationship management skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Problem-solving and change management experience across multiple functional areas
