Job Title: Product Development Associate

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring products throughout their lifecycle and conducting ongoing Service Reviews. They will also be responsible for ensuring that data from platforms is properly administered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor existing product range to ensure competitiveness and mitigate customer detriment risks where possible.
* Facilitate the development and implementation of new products from initial research through to launch.
* Analyze market and competitor landscape to identify general investment trends/themes and product flows.
* Work with internal departments to document business requirements for new products or enhancements to existing products and processes.
* SUPPORT client migration and post-implementation reviews.
* Act as system administrator for Salesforce CRM and liaise with the Salesforce developer to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Asset Management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Fund Accounting experience is desirable.
* Good time-management and ability to work to multiple deadlines.
* Self-starter who can work independently when required.
* Accuracy and good attention to detail.
