This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) in our Kilkenny HQ.
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Director reporting to our Global Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
1. Pitching our award-winning SaaS solution, supported by our business expertise, and closing deals with businesses ranging from SMEs to corporations.
2. Maintaining a proven track record of selling fintech applications to SMEs and corporate clients.
3. Generating revenue by managing end-to-end sales pursuits, including sourcing, qualifying, pursuing, and closing platform and service deals.
4. Conducting market research, testing use cases, and building strategic go-to-market plans based on TAM analysis.
5. Building and nurturing a pipeline of referred and new opportunities.
6. Taking a consultative approach to uncovering business needs and developing new partnerships.
7. Overseeing negotiations to ensure deal progression within targets and budgets, leading to successful closures.
8. Applying best practices to improve sales strategies based on your experience.
Requirements
The skills and experience you bring include:
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in SaaS solution sales to SMEs and corporates.
* A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Drive, passion, and determination to pursue and close new logos.
* Experience leading end-to-end technical solutions, engaging C-level executives.
* A robust sales methodology and execution capability.
* Experience building a business within a similar industry.
* Excellent time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* High-impact communication and presentation skills.
* High emotional and intellectual intelligence, with a focus on partner/client needs.
* Proven ability to prospect, create deals from scratch, and close new business.
* Credibility at all organizational levels, including C-level relationships.
* Professionalism, organization, and conscientiousness.
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles.
* Creativity, teamwork, resilience.
* Minimum bachelor’s degree; additional languages are advantageous.
