Lead Luxury Spa Team
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa team and drive success through innovation, high standards, and a guest-centric approach.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a small team of skilled therapists, and overseeing all aspects of the spa.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Manage the spa booking system, treatment schedules, and all guest communications
* Ensure the highest standards in treatment delivery and overall guest satisfaction
* Oversee stock control, product ordering, and supplier/vendor relationships
* Drive revenue growth through spa promotions, seasonal packages, and cross-selling strategies
* Collaborate with senior management on wellness strategy and service innovation
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a Spa Management or Senior Therapist role within a 4/5-star hotel or luxury spa environment
* Recognised qualifications in beauty, spa, and wellness therapies (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO)
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Exceptional organisational and communication abilities
* Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving revenue targets
* Proficient in spa management systems and Microsoft Office
