Overview
Senior Clerk of Works (Mechanical and Electrical) – Office of Public Works (OPW). The OPW preserves and maintains Ireland’s heritage properties and manages the State’s property portfolio, including over 2,500 properties. The Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering Section designs, delivers and maintains M&E building services in existing and new buildings. The M&E section has a vacancy in the West/North West Regions (based in Galway or Sligo).
Responsibilities
* Arrange and supervise the installation and maintenance of M&E systems.
* Prepare contract documents and supervise work on site.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with other building professionals on various projects.
Qualifications / Experience
* Fully qualified electricians with the relevant required experience.
