The Position
We are hiring a hands-on AI Engineer early in their career who is passionate about applying AI to real customer challenges. This role is highly implementation-focused: building, deploying, and improving AI models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for real-world engineering applications.

Key Responsibilities
AI Engineering & Architecture
* Design and optimize RAG architectures for high-quality retrieval and contextual reasoning.
* Build and maintain AI pipelines, embedding systems, and model integrations with user friendly UI
* Work closely with the product development team to integrate new pipelines, assistants, and features into our core SaaS platform—enabling scale and continuous improvement.
Pre-Sales & Customer Success
* Build prototypes and novel assistants to unlock new use cases and clients
* Support sales by leading demos, evaluations, and Proofs of Value (PoVs)
* Understand and document customer requirements.
* Lead strategic customer projects, delivering production-ready assistants
* Drive usage and adoption, ensuring successful rollout and measurable customer impact.
Requirements
* 1-3 years hands-on experience building AI pipelines with RAG frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, Weaviate, Milvus, Pinecone).
* Strong skills in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and vector databases.
* Deep understanding of embedding models, prompt engineering, and data curation.
* Cloud development experience especially Microsoft Azure.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams.
* Startup mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have / Bonus
* Experience deploying AI in engineering, manufacturing, or technical domains.
* Experience in fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning, RLHF).
