**Job Title:** Process Engineer
About the Role:
Our team is looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join us in supporting the design and manufacture of ceramic capacitors. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising existing processes, equipment, and operating procedures to improve quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and collaborate in troubleshooting and optimising the production process to reduce scrap, improve quality and increase production efficiency.
2. Implement and maintain the necessary controls to achieve consistently stable processes.
3. Perform data analysis, responding to yield issues and delivering continuous improvement and cost saving projects.
4. Collaborate with sister plants in US and Asia, sharing best in class technologies.
5. Monitor critical process parameters and reacting to out-of-control situations, disposition of non-conforming product.
6. Researching, Developing and Innovating new and current processes to drive Continuous Improvement Programmes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Honours Degree / Bachelors (minimum 2.2) in a relevant science or engineering related discipline.
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in process engineering and/or process control in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
* A proven track record of solving complex problems.
