We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law firm in Dublin, who are seeking an Aviation Solicitor (NQ+) to join their highly regarded aviation practice. The Role
* Advise on aircraft leasing, financing, acquisitions and disposals
* Support major aviation finance and restructuring transactions
* Assist with drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
* Work closely with international clients, lenders and counterparties
* Collaborate with corporate, finance and restructuring teams on multi-disciplinary matters
* Gain hands-on experience across complex aviation mandates
The Person
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with a strong academic background
* Interest in aviation, asset finance or complex international transactions
* Experience in corporate, banking & finance, or aviation (training seat or post-qualification) is beneficial
* Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
* Commercially aware, motivated and keen to develop specialist expertise
* A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
