Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson for our on-site boutique located in Stanford, CA. This is a part-time position requiring active engagement in daily store operations, including assisting customers, providing product recommendations, managing transactions, and contributing to overall store organization. This role involves fostering positive customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and representing the American Vintage brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
* Retail sales proficiency, product knowledge, and familiarity with visual merchandising principles.
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
* Organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure optimal store operations.
* Prior experience in fashion retail or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
* A passion for fashion and understanding of on-trend styles, with an appreciation for the American Vintage brand identity.
