Relief Chef Opportunity in Kildare Area

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Relief Chef to work with our catering units in various locations across the Kildare region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food safety guidelines and regulations.
\
* Deliver high-quality catering services to meet the needs of senior chefs and clients.
\
* Maintain up-to-date certification in HACCP and manual handling (training provided if necessary).
\
* Work collaboratively as part of a relief team, adapting to different environments and demands.
\
* Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
\
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
\
Requirements:
\
\
* Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
\
* Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.
\
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
\
* Possession of a passion for creating high-quality dishes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.
\
