This role offers the opportunity to shape medical strategy, drive high-quality scientific engagement, and lead multidisciplinary teams within a complex, highly regulated environment. Acting as a key internal and external representative, the successful candidate will influence both business strategy and the organisation's scientific reputation.
Key requirements include:
* Advanced degree in medicine or a related scientific discipline
* Significant leadership experience within medical affairs, or regulatory functions
* Proven ability to lead senior teams and operate across complex stakeholder landscapes
* Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and scientific standards
