Assistant Radiology Clerical ManagerLocation: Sports Surgery ClinicJob type: Fixed TermOverview of role: UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic are currently recruiting for an Acting Up Radiology Clerical Assistant Manager for a period of up to 12 months.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: •Oversees daily front desk operations and acts as a resource for the team. Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner including the evening and weekend task sheets. Ensure cash is reconciled daily. Schedule breaks to ensure that there is appropriate coverage at the desk. •Oversees and monitors Healthlink and electronic referrals ensuring that all referrals are dealt with promptly.•Liaises with the Patient Services Manager and Radiology Service Managers to support daily operational needs. •Participates in huddles, update meetings, modality meetings, and any other meetings as required.•Prepares and publishes monthly rosters at least one month in advance for full time, part time, and bank staff.•Updates TMS on daily basis ensuring accuracy and completeness and that all staff have completed their required working hours and that all annual leave is approved and accurate. Update all sick leave and any other absences. •Manage onboarding requests via IMS including UPMC email setup, distribution groups, and shared drive access.•Set up new staff accounts, registrations, and insurance portal access. Process leavers and deactivate accounts.•Liaise with HR regarding recruitment requests and onboarding.•Maintain an open-door approach to support staff and address concerns.•Supports the mid-year and annual staff performance management reviews by completing reviews in a timely manner and providing relevant feedback to staff.•Supports quality processes including incident reporting.
