Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to young people in line with individual care and placement plans.
Support young people in education, recreation, and community participation.
Promote independence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing using trauma-informed approaches.
Maintain accurate and professional records, reports, and communication logs.
Ensure compliance with HIQA and Tusla standards, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
Contribute to household routines, team collaboration, and a positive living environment.
Qualifications and Requirements Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved) or equivalent qualification eligible for CORU registration (mandatory from 30 November ****) .
Sound understanding of the principles and practice of social care.
Full, clean driving licence (manual).
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
