This is a multi-layered role that will suit a person who is comfortable working in a small company friendly environment.
Construction administration knowledge is essential for this role.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations day to day.
Organise documentation, files and records.
Health and Safety – ensure compliance, maintain records, conduct audits.
Preparation of reports and documentation.
Schedule and co-ordinate survey appointments.
Deal with customer queries by telephone and email.
Strong IT skills essential including Word and Excel.
Strong administration and organisational skills required.
Excellent attention to detail.
Willing to work on own initiative a must and collaboratively as part of a team.
