The role of a Group Accountant involves managing the financial operations of an organization. This position requires an individual with strong accounting skills and experience in managing financial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
* Assist the organization with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of audit requirements.
* Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to transfer pricing policies.
* Work closely with other members of the accounting team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
\
* Fully-Qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a group accounting or similar within a practice.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
