About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Project Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with customers as the main technical interface between R&D and the customer.
You will work closely with functional leads to drive project timelines and ensure that R&D Mechatronic planning is in place to meet project milestones. Additionally, you will need to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project timelines.
In this position, you will also liaise with functional managers to compile R&D costs for RFIs / RFQs. Furthermore, you will present project updates to peers, colleagues, and management.
The successful candidate will have experience in project management of multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments such as automotive or medical devices. They will also have experience in dealing with customers and leading teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning projects and using planning tools such as MS Project or similar.

Required Skills
* Minimum 5 years experience in project management of multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments
* Experience in dealing with customers
* Experience in leading teams and dealing with internal functions & departments
* Extensive experience in planning of projects & use of planning tools
* Good knowledge of validation / testing programs
