Job Summary
The role involves training on processes and techniques across Predictive Maintenance, CMMS (Pemac), Reliability techniques,HV and LV distribution, Turbines, Boilers Compressors, Diesel Generators Pumps.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cordinate daily work with shift technicians particularly morning shift changeover.
* Trouble-shooting utility plant equipment faults and failures - root cause analysis Compliance/quality engineering recording investigation of deviations on utility plant equipment Carry out planned preventive predictive corrective maintenance as required Ensure PMs are completed on time Good knowledge understanding of CMMS systems Develop PMs Job Plans SOPs for plant equipment Liaising site planner stores identify spare part requirements Review maintenance programme periodically ensure optimal uptime levels achieved Support comply all Safety procedures Experience HV LV distribution electrical generation turbines diesel generators boilers Fuel Oil storage distribution industrial gas installations
