This also includes software-based setup and follow-up to service operationsOn-site sales support utilizing technical expertise, including stocktaking, network analysis, the selection of suitable technology and specifications for proposals as well as support during Factory & Site Acceptance TestsConditions of Employment and QualificationsYou possess a distinctly customer-oriented service mentalityError analysis in the areas of application, mechanics and software interests and excites youYou are interested in continuing education (internal training in areas such as hardware, software, etc.)Preferred, but not a prerequisite: you possess basic knowledge of Network/Wi-Fi technologyIdeally you have a background in regulated industries like Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, BioTech etc.You enjoy traveling and are open to other people and culturesYou have several years of experience in serviceYou have completed a relevant vocational qualification, such as an Electrical, Eletronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship (NFQ Level 6 in Ireland), or you bring at least three years of professional experience in a comparable technical roleYou are well-versed in Microsoft Office programs
