Regional Director of Services, South East
This senior management role oversees the provision of residential, respite, outreach, and day services to individuals with medium to profound disabilities.
* Leads a multidisciplinary team including social care workers, nurses, and healthcare assistants.
* Responsible for continuous quality improvement initiatives, setting specific quality benchmarks, implementing best practices, and regularly reviewing service outcomes to enhance satisfaction of the service users.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in social care or healthcare to honours level, a minimum of four years' experience at senior management level, and extensive experience in the disability sector.
Key requirements include:
* Service set-up expertise
* Communication skills with HSE CHO personnel
* Building positive working relationships with stakeholders
A strategic, proactive, independent, and competent individual who can combine the challenges of day-to-day service provision is required. A full manual driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction are also essential.
