Overview

Customer Service Representative - Carole Nash, Dublin, Start Date 13th October 2025

Location: Dublin 1 (Foley Street). Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm. Salary: 30,000 Euros per annum. This role is hybrid with a split between working from the office and at home; however, for the initial training and probation period you are required to be in the office full time. Full in-depth training is provided for this position.

Carole Nash (Part of Markerstudy Group) is a leading motorcycle insurance specialist, covering over 240,000 motorcycles and scooters across Ireland and the UK, plus coverage for classic cars, performance cars and other specialist vehicles. With over 350 employees in Ireland and the UK, the Dublin team is a key resource for Irish customers.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service across all product lines to ensure customer confidence and drive loyalty.
* Promote and ensure the positive reception of the distribution brands.
* Take ownership to develop long-term relationships with customers and engage with new products.
* Ensure satisfactory customer outcomes in line with Central Bank guidelines promoting positive customer satisfaction.
* Handle and escalate complaints in line with the company’s complaints handling procedure to ensure fair customer outcomes.


Skills / Experience

* Experience in a customer service environment (retail, contact centre, hospitality, or equivalent).
* Experience within the Insurance sector, preferably Insurance Broking/Intermediary (advantageous but not essential).
* Ability to take responsibility for customer concerns and resolution.
* Good communication skills, ability to remain objective and demonstrate empathy.
* Experience using technology with strong keyboard skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to identify personal goals and take responsibility for development.
* Self-motivation.
