This is a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish-speaking HR professional to take ownership of key operational processes, contribute to international HR projects, and support a people-first culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Location:Dublin City Centre (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home)Type:PermanentSalary:€45,000 + benefits + BonusWhat you'll be doing:You'll be a key point of contact for HR administration across the EMEA and APAC regions,supporting the HR Director and wider business with:End-to-end recruitment coordination: briefing recruiters, interview scheduling, psychometric testing, and offer administrationDrafting contracts and employee documentationManaging the probation process for new hiresMaintaining and championing the HRIS (iGrow), ensuring accurate workflows and data integrityCoordinating monthly payroll changes with external payroll partnersSupporting key annual HR cycles - including performance reviews, salary reviews, and bonus processingHandling day-to-day employee queries on policies, leave, payroll, and hybrid workingManaging desk booking and leave systemsKeeping regional org charts up to dateSupporting employee meetings with note-taking and admin follow-upWhat we're looking for:Fluent Spanish speakerboth written and verbal (essential)Minimum 2 years' experience in HR administration, ideally in a multinational or regional settingStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with HRIS systemsSuccessFactors preferredCIPD qualification (or working towards) a plusExceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a discreet, collaborative working styleConfidence working remotely across different markets and time zonesThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys HR operations, values structure and consistency, and thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment.Ready to join a business where people are at the heart of everything they do?
